Lesson 16 (3.06 & 3.07) 12.06 21:10 to 22:50

 In circuit spent about 80mins practicing parallel packing, directional change, “S” course, and crank course.
·         Right turn to number 3 then 28 in circuit signal right, after the turn signal left to change lane and keep left.
·         Directional change – turn RIGHT after shoulder pass over 2.5 bars space.
·         Parallel parking – start turning to the left after rear left wheel reach the 1st bar from left side mirror.
·         Parallel parking – remember to turning steering wheel fully to the left and straight the vehicle before stop.
·         Parallel parking – start turning steering wheel to the left after seeing kerb appears at left side small window of the car.

Also learnt about Vertical Parking: (left, right)
·         Keep vehicle at right side of the lane (close to the lane marking).
·         Engage “R” signal LEFT start reversing vehicle.
·         Observing from left side mirror and continue revering till the rear left wheel is touch the line on the floor (about 2.5meter from the horizontal kerb).
·         Check mirrors, right blind spot, turning steering wheel fully to the left.
·         Check left & right side mirrors to confirm safety between vehicle and kerbs (rear right wheel should touching the corner mark).
·         Reversing vehicle till the kerb is seeing under the side mirror and turning steering wheel 2 rounds to the RIGHT to straight vehicle, engage “P” apply handbrake.
·         Ensure vehicle is in the middle of the parking lot, if too close to any side of the kerb do not moving in.
·         When moving out start turning (left/right) when you shoulder is in line with the kerb.

On the road spent about 20 mins:
·         Adjust mirrors before exit from driving center (stop before the downslope to adjust).
·         Lane changing need increase speed.
·         Making U-turn do not step accelerator too much to have a better control.
·         When turning right remember change to right lane early.
·         Speed too slow on 70km road.
